Trade Secret Brochure

Trade secrets have recently become a hotly debated and litigated topic, not least because of the adoption of the European Trade Secret Directive. In order to help you understand the relevant legislation and adapt your IP strategy accordingly, Brinkhof hereby presents an introductory brochure concerning the basics of European trade secret protection.
